Description
Art Trade for ~cahir-the-witcher. It's their character, not mine.
He was fun to draw, but making the black braid visible on a black shirt was a #^*#%*$^%*$$*.

I did not expected that, but do not worry! It's not the case of something being terribly wrong - just different. It's always interesting to see the transformation of comics into realism. it's like a friendly butt slap...
I found it rather noteworthy how you managed to notice how I mostly try to make Kajetan's (yellow/amber) eyes as something that should be of significance! believe me, it's very hard do it in black-white comic! it's great! I though you would go either for full blown colours or monochrome. I was somehow hoping, for a short period of time, that you would try to 'battle' with his scarred arm, although I discarded that idea as of battling with semi-burned scars in realism would be a little bit too much for 'just a trade' but I love that you all in all you included that there is 'something wrong' nonetheless.
It's interesting how on first glance it's just a simple portrait, but more I look at it the more I am able to pull out of this simple picture. to tell the truth, I think I already would be able to draw a (short) comic out of it! maybe one day I will...? for sure I'll be 'coming back' to this picture in times of artistic doubt to experience that friendly butt slap all over and again
to shortly sum things up I'm happy how our trade turned out! it was an honest, good trade! wish I had more of such hi-quality trades!
and yes, drawing black on black had always been a challenge but very rewarding id it turns fine!
